Due to the development and implementation of new production plants, in-house research and development and a close co-operation with the farming industry, we can state with pride that our company is amongst the most innovative in Austria.

From the beginning of the genetic engineering discussion, the STROBL Naturmuehle has adopted a clear position and produces exclusively non-GM products. For this reason, we obtain various crops on a contractual basis, which means that various raw materials are monitored by our company from planting to the harvest. In particular, we are most active regarding the subsequent storage.

We also initiate the planting of new varieties (old & forgotten), especially in the organic sector.

The following processing possibilities are available at our Linz-Ebelsberg plant:

• A combined husking mill
• Two flaking plants
• A production line for the preparation of soybeans for the production of full-fat Soya products, in particular for human consumption
• A production line for the pre-cooking and roasting of grain
• Grinding plants for the further processing of products from the husking mill and soya production, as well as for raw grains (crushing, milling, fine milling of high-fat products)
• Maize production line for low-fat products
• A plant for the preparation of food grains
• Various mixing and packaging plants

Our plant is ISO-certified.

In addition to our laboratory for production supervision and quality assurance of raw and finished products, we have established a modern microbiology laboratory and, since February 2002, a genetic engineering laboratory.

In our various laboratories we also conduct analyses at an advatageous price for our customers.
