As an example of a recipe: Brown Rye-bread (for a household)


Ingredients:     
 500g of organic ready bread-mix for brown rye-bread
ca.450ml lukewarm water
1 package (7g) of dried yeast
1 heaped tea spoon of salt
1-2 heaped tea spoons of bread-spices
Production:     
 Knead the ingredients very slowly in a kitchen machine, or by hand in a mixing bowl,
until you get a very soft dough.
Cover it with a clean cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Then fill the dough into a baking tin and bake it in the pre-heated oven.
