Contractual commitments, customer expectations and other technical or economic requirements are of foremost importance to us.

The management at the STROBL Naturmuehle considers it an essential task to strengthen personal responsibility and quality awareness in all employees. Also, areas of responsibility and sequences must be settled for all factors that have an impact on quality, to maintain the high standard of production expected by our clients.

The management supervises not only the day to day operations of the plant, but pays particular attention to the quality assurance program and production standards. Corrective measures are implemented when and if required and the effectiveness of these implementations monitored. Any modification or correspondence is documented in writing and filed accordingly for future reference.

Both the management and the employees take responsibility for all managerial considerations. Production, processing or quality assurance inspections are implemented strictly in accordance with the ISO-9002 approved manual. Regular meetings, training programs, and awareness seminars reinforce the importance of the quality assurance program. All departments associated with the processing of customer orders within the plant are equipped with the complete quality assurance manual.

The quality assurance representative is Mr. Mag. Heribert Strobl. He is therefore responsible for the implentation and adherence to the quality assurance system, and for updating the management on the quality assurance program itself. The quality assurance manager is Mr. Klaus Krottenberger.
